Carrier Manual Reset Limit Switch
Checked everything beginning at the thermostat and I found that the manual reset limit switch on the lower right (as you're looking at the furnace) just above the gas manifold, had tripped. I reset this switch, turned the power back on and found that the fan was no longer running all the time.

I have a Carrier Weathermaker 8000 flashing code 33. I've replaced the limit switch, and that did not seem to remedy my issue. The draft inducer spins, and the burners come on (I see the flames), but nothing comes out of my air vents, and eventually the furnace shuts off. After my furnace died, a clean filter was installed (the old was one was VERY dirty), so I'm wondering if there's some vent or something that is still clogged with dirt? Do any of you have suggestions on what I could check?
This is what my furnace says for code 33:
33 LIMIT OR FLAME ROLL-OUT SWITCH IS OPEN - If open longer than three minutes, code changes to #13. Check for:

Loose blower wheel. - Defective switch or connections.
Inadequate Combustion air supply Flame Roll-out Switch or fuse link.
Open Flame Roll-out switch or fuse link. Manual reset or replace.
