Pros...hmmmm....it's easy to install?

Can't make any adjustments like zoom in/out or contrast; no effects or backgrounds, no standalone software to take pictures or videos (you can only take pictures if Skype prompts you, for example)
In a nutshell, this POS is a POS webcam software that really does the bare minimum.
and don't get me started on Acer Aspire updates for other drivers...

I too had the same issues and the good news. You can fix it yourself. Go to the Acer Web page and find Crystal Eye webcam drivers. Select any choice that says LiteOn and download that. You need LiteOn to may the Crystal Eye software work. Give it a try, it works.
